Government Degree College (GDC) Ramgarh marked International Women’s Day with a heartfelt and inspiring celebration, bringing together women from Self Help Groups (SHGs) under the Jammu and Kashmir Rural Livelihood Mission (JKRLM): Umeed Mission Cluster-e of Vijaypur Block. The event emphasized the importance of empowering women and girls, aligning with the global theme for 2025: “For ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment.” The theme for this year calls for action to unlock equal rights, power, and opportunities for all, ensuring an inclusive future where no one is left behind. It also highlights the central role of young women and adolescent girls as catalysts for positive and lasting change in society.
